Privacy
Plain-language privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to information you submit through this website. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Information you choose to send
The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, preferred engagement, approximate budget, and project context. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, confidential credentials, or sensitive personal information.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used to review the request, reply to you, clarify scope, prepare a proposal when appropriate, and keep a basic record of the commercial conversation. It is not sold to data brokers.
Form and hosting providers
Form submissions are processed by Formspree so they can be delivered to Strukta. The website is hosted on Netlify, which may process normal technical request logs needed to operate and secure the service. Those providers handle data under their own terms and privacy documentation.
Analytics and advertising
At the date above, this source project does not intentionally load an advertising network or behavior-tracking analytics script. If analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before they go live.
Retention and access
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain necessary business records, or resolve a dispute. To ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email hello@strukta.agency or use the project form, and state “privacy request” at the beginning of the message.
International processing
Because the website uses international hosting and form services, technical and enquiry information may be processed outside your country. Review the provider policies linked above for their current safeguards and subprocessors.
Changes to this notice
This page will be updated when the form, providers, analytics setup, business contact details, or handling practices materially change. The revision date at the top shows which version you are reading.
